This apartment is temporarily occupied by Evgeniy Neimand, we got it with repairs from the 90s, nondescript and uninteresting, but located in the center of St. Petersburg.

The windows offer a beautiful view of Solyanaya Lane, where the former Mukhinsky School is located, now the Stieglitz Academy, where Evgeniy’s entire family studied. We created a new look for this apartment by adding vintage furniture, proper lighting and decorating it with Evgeniy's personal photographs and interior items.

As a result, the apartment has turned into a very interesting space that leaves no one indifferent who appears here.

This is the real world of a designer and architect, created as a temporary project, which has become very significant for our studio.
