The project on Vasilievsky Island, on the Lieutenant Schmidt embankment, became a real challenge and an opportunity for us to create something unique.
The apartment is located in a modern building away from the noise of the streets with a beautiful view of the historical buildings of St. Petersburg. The interior is designed for a married couple with a child. We created a fairly conservative project.
An interior built on the contrast between the warm white color of the walls, ceiling, part of the furniture and the rich color of walnut wood — solids and veneer.
We added just a few colors, like a light gray shade in the sofa. So, the apartment turned out to be quite monochrome, but thanks to this thoroughbred contrast, it turned out to be both restrained and decorative. For this apartment we designed the doors and all the built-in furniture.
This turned out to be a very stylish and elegant apartment, which has no geographical reference. This interior is universal and will look relevant anywhere in the world.
