The penthouse is located in a new building on the banks of the Neva River.

The interior features furniture from premium brands: Bulthaup kitchen, Cassina, B&B Italia, Porro, Bulthaup, and Vitra.

A Smart Home system has been implemented. The children’s room features custom furniture made of plywood and lacquer in bright colors.
