The room is located in the building of the Institute of Hydrology, designed in the late 80s, in the style of late Soviet modernism. Reflecting on the future appearance of the interior, we decided to create the atmosphere of a Soviet office. The idea of ​​layout and decor was suggested by the exterior. The strip glazing of the building sets the rhythm and fills the space with light through translucent structures.

This technique can be called a bridge of times. So we used materials and architectural techniques from the 80s. The interior has a lot of wooden panels, tiles on the columns, and lighting structures that highlight the architecture. The reception desk symbolizes the buildings being erected, the new quarters that the customer’s company is building. The furniture, specially designed for this project, is reminiscent of the style of past decades - large oak tables, leather sofas, veneered shelving. This non-trivial approach helped create a unique project.
