The building, which went through hard times during the Soviet period, is now being transformed into a new center of attraction. Our studio was faced with the difficult task of designing a project that was large-scale in terms of its needs and significance. The work was complicated by the historical value of the premises. It was necessary to preserve the walls and ceilings with their bas-reliefs.

We designed two-storey modules with neoclassical finishing, with carved details and openwork metal structures reminiscent of the fences and bridges of St. Petersburg. Particular attention was paid to the restoration of walls that had fallen into disrepair. They work as a universal background for new office designs in the interior. In addition to office spaces, we designed the interiors of a restaurant, conference room and yoga studio. This multifunctional approach makes the project not only a place of work, but also a space for relaxation and entertainment.
